What You’ll Do

• Review incoming quote requests and collect all necessary load information (dimensions, weight, pickup/delivery points, permits required, special handling needs).
• Prepare accurate quotes based on equipment availability, routing rules, and project requirements.
• Communicate with customers by email and phone, ensuring they understand timelines, pricing, and next steps.
• Work closely with dispatch and operations to verify capacity and schedule feasibility.
• Enter load details into our internal systems and maintain clean, organized records.
• Follow up with customers on pending quotes, clarifications, or updated project details.
• Support the team by identifying potential risks or missing information before a job is confirmed.
• Maintain a professional, helpful tone in every interaction — you’re the voice of SWR to new clients.
